Be aware, however, that sunscreens contain chemicals which may cause skin irritation and pose greater risks to your health. Be wise with sunscreen use and only reach for it at times you cannot avoid being under the sun. When you do, use sunscreen carefully so it gives you adequate shield for your skin.

Tip Number 4. Cover up! It’s best to keep yourself clothed to be protected from the sun. Apart from sufficient clothing, choose the best sunglasses that thwart UV rays from harming your sight. Wearing wide brimmed hats are strongly advised to keep your eyes, nape and neck, head and ears from the perils of sunburn.

Tip Number 5. Stay away from artificial methods of tanning. While artificial means to achieve a great tan are accessible, easy and give you great looks, the benefits end there. Sunlamps and tanning beds harm the natural skin processes and result to unhealthy skin. Also know that damaging additives are in tanning pills and make which cause more harm in the long run. Artificial methods, generally, do not protect your skin from the sun, so stay away from it!

Tip Number 6. Get healthier food choices. Getting the right amount of right food is always the best choice. With healthy food intake, your skin’s processes result to younger, vibrant and health skin.
